By purchasing any products from NutriBites & Sips, you agree to the Terms and Conditions listed below. These terms apply to all customers, website visitors, and buyers through online or physical transactions.

 

2. Products

 

All products (fruit gummies and jelly drinks) are made from natural ingredients. Actual color, texture, and taste may slightly vary due to the use of real fruit extracts. Shelf life and storage instructions must be followed to maintain product quality.

 

3. Orders

 

Orders may be placed through our official Facebook page, Messenger, or authorized resellers. Orders are confirmed only after payment (unless Cash on Delivery is agreed upon). Large or bulk orders may require 2–5 days lead time.

 

4. Pricing

 

All prices posted are in Philippine Pesos (₱). Prices may change without prior notice depending on raw material costs or promotions. Once an order is confirmed, the price is locked and will not change.

Proof of payment must be sent for verification.

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

 

Delivery fees are shouldered by the buyer unless stated otherwise. Delivery schedules may vary depending on weather, courier availability, or location. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers (Lalamove, Grab, etc.). Damaged or leaked items caused by courier mishandling should be reported immediately with photos/videos.

 

7. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

 

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns unless:

 

The item arrived damaged, contaminated, or incorrect. The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order. To process a replacement: Send a clear photo/video of the issue. Provide proof of purchase.Return the item if required. Refunds/replacements may take 3–7 business days to process.

 

8. Allergies & Safety

 

Products may contain fruit extracts, honey, gelatin, agar, and natural flavorings.Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions should check ingredients before purchasing. NutriBites & Sips will not be liable for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.

 

9. Use of Content

 

All photos, logos, product descriptions, and branding are property of NutriBites & Sips.Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is prohibited.

 

10. Privacy Policy

 

Personal information collected for orders (name, address, contact number) will only be used for processing and delivering your purchase. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.

 

11. Changes to TermsNutriBites & Sips reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
